I am a single mom of 3- Theresa (24), Grace (17), and Jacob (15).  I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, working out, hiking, reading, and playing games. I am a huge animal lover and have 2 dogs, 3 cats, and a guinea pig. I am looking forward to a great year with all of you!

Hey Parkland! This is my 8th year teaching at Parkland, but my first year teaching 7th grade. I previously taught math on the 6 White Team. 

I have three young kids who keep me so busy! Jaxson is five, Kayden is three, and Tessa is two. We love being outside with our dogs, dirt biking, fishing and going boating on the Fox River. I'm so excited for our school year; let's have a great year!

Welcome to 7 Blue!  This is my 26th year in education and my second year at Parkland!  I teach the Direct Instruction Language Arts and Math class on 7 blue and support in a couple of the 7 blue classrooms.  

I am a mom to three amazing kiddos.  Lauren is 19 and a sophomore at Mizzou, Ryan is 17 and a senior at MCHS, and Sean is 15 and a sophomore at MCHS.  I love the outdoors and watching my boys play baseball.  I love to read...especially  psychological thrillers! 

I'm looking forward to a great year with your kids!

Welcome to 7 Blue!  I love teaching language arts, and I really enjoy working with you 7th graders! 

In addition to teaching, I coach Cross Country at McHenry High School, the McHenry Youth Running Club in the summer, and the Parkland Winter Running Club during the winter! I'm a dog mom to my adorable and sweet pitty puppy, Buddha. In my free time I like to run, hike, workout, garden, read, spend time with my family, and travel. 

I'm looking forward to our year together!

Welcome to 7th-grade science!  I am thrilled to explore the wonders of science with our Parkland Middle School students this year. When I am not in the classroom sparking scientific curiosity, I love staying active through fitness and running, exploring new destinations, and getting lost in a good book. My favorite way to recharge is spending quality time with my family, friends, and my wonderfully fluffy Bernese Mountain dog. I look forward to a fantastic, discovery-filled school year together!
